FAQ
Air Conditioning questions
When should I service my air conditioner?
In spring, before the first hot stretch. A tune-up includes cleaning the condenser coil, checking refrigerant and electrical parts, and clearing the condensate drain.
How long does a central air conditioner last?
Most last 12–15 years with regular maintenance. Units older than that, or ones that need frequent refrigerant, are often worth replacing.
Can you install AC if my home has a boiler?
Often, yes. Homes without ductwork can use high-velocity or ductless systems. We'll look at the house and explain the options in a free estimate.
No heat? No hot water? Leaking pipe?
We're a call or text away — serving Bloomington and the surrounding suburbs.
